The Retreat
We invite you to a sacred journey. To come closer as father and son. Take time off and connect in a new way, to each other, to yourself. Surrounded by a breath-taking landscape of forests, lakes and wildlife.
With a splendid view you will hear the sounds of birds and share the space with moose, deer, beavers..and possibly spot an osprey on her morning flight.
At our retreat, we offer a unique opportunity for men to explore and deepen their relationship with their father/ son, or lack thereof. While we specialise in father-son dynamics, we welcome any individual who identifies with the masculine spectrum.
Father & Son
The process of working on the relationship between father and son can be a powerful opportunity for growth and healing. By diving into our memories and emotions with radical honesty, embodied practices, and a connection to nature, we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and our dynamics. We can appreciate our parents for what they have given us while also forgiving them and ourselves for any past hurt. Through this process we can cultivate deeper connections and a greater sense of freedom and fulfilment.
Fathers and sons, they have their own specific bond and dynamic.

Retreat Itinerary:
Bernhard (withnature.eu) has 20+ years of experience in leadership programs in nature, in executive(team) coaching, and in facilitating change processes and dialogues both in organisations as well in troubled neighbourhoods.
It inspired him to experience that whether being a boardroom member, a youngster, or homeless; in nature, we discover we all live with the same love, longings, and hurts in our hearts.
His Native American teachers taught him the shamanic ways and ceremonies to work with it.

My mission is to create a platform where people can shed their daily masks, rediscover themselves, and connect with the natural world in a authentic way.
Together with my father, I made a 3-month radical honesty hiking trip through the desert, walking over 1000km together. During this journey, we hosted workshops for other fathers and sons who wanted to dive deeper into their relationship and dynamics. I hold a degree in Social Entrepreneurship and one in ‘Natural outdoor living, crafts & leadership’. Further I am a Non-Violent Communication trainer, have done courses in body-work therapy, spend periods alone in nature on vision fasts, and have worked as a cultural change consultant with leaders from businesses and governments.
Together with my partner and daughter I live in a small log cabin in Norway.
