What this experience is:
This is a men’s wilderness expedition in Norway.
A shared experience built around movement, simplicity, and time in nature.
We work with basic outdoor skills and real situations:
- Fishing and preparing food from the land
- Building shelter and sleeping outside
- Hiking through mountain terrain
- Simple living
- Fire, cooking, and camp life
- One solo night alone in nature
It’s about being fully present in real conditions.
The core 4 day of the experience are completely without modern devices:
No phones, (smart) watches, e-readers.
We also challenge you to be without time – and instead start to observe the time passing in nature plus connecting to your own inner rhythms.
Modern life is fast, digital, and structured.
This expedition is designed as a reset
One night of the journey is spent alone in the wild.
